Shivasam Visuals began with a simple belief: the next great Indian film should not have to wait for a big budget.
Founded in 2026 by writer-director Shivakumar Sambari (ShivaSam), the studio works out of Thane, Maharashtra. It brings together two decades of technology and research experience with a lifelong love of cinema.
We use the newest generative AI tools for video, voice, music and images. Every project still runs on the old rules of filmmaking: a script, a storyboard, a director's eye and a hard edit.
Our first feature, Fault Lines, proved the model: an 85-minute war film made end to end in 30 days. Today the same pipeline powers advertisements, brand films, music videos, reels and original channels for audiences in India and around the world.

Reel 03 — The Difference
The speed and freedom of AI, held to the standards of a film set.
Locations, crowds, weather, eras and impossible shots cost the same as a quiet room. Your idea is limited only by the story, never by the set.
Every project is scripted, storyboarded and prompt-planned shot by shot before generation begins, the way a film set plans a shooting day.
Faces, wardrobe, props and locations are locked with character and location references, so the hero looks the same in shot one and shot one hundred.
Concept, script, AI generation, voice, music, edit, VFX, colour and delivery are handled in-house, with one point of contact from brief to final cut.
No unit travel, generators or sets. Weeks instead of months, and a fraction of the carbon footprint of a traditional shoot.
We label AI-generated work clearly, use real people’s likenesses only with written consent, and refuse projects designed to deceive.

We are model-agnostic. For each shot we choose the generative video, image, voice and music tools that give the best result, and we combine them in professional editing and finishing software.

An IT engineer (MGIT, Hyderabad) with an MSc from the University of Greenwich, London, ShivaSam founded a magazine company in London and spent 13 years as a research consultant before turning to cinema. He wrote, directed and produced Fault Lines alone, in 30 days.
